    Draft conveyance of equity of redemption Parties: (i) Alfred Ewen of Northampton, official receiver in bankruptcy. (ii) The Most Noble Herbrand Arthur 11TH Duke of Bedford K.G. (iii) Edward George Woodward of Upper Caldecote, Beds, market gardener. (iv) Sidney Woodward of Caldecote Green, Beds, market gardener. Reciting: - Supplemental to two indentures of mortgage dated 29th Sep 1910 and 1st Dec 1910 and made between (ii) and (iii). - Principal money still owing on the above mortgages amounts to 731/3/11. - William Woodward was declared bankrupt on the 14th Sep 1912 by order of the County Court of Bedfordshire holden at Bedford. - On the 18th Sep 1912 the said court ordered that the debtors estate be administered in a summary manner and thereupon the official receiver became the trustee in the bankruptcy. Operative: In consideration of 52 paid by (iii) to (i) as purchase money, (i) as trustee grants (a) to (iii). Property: (a) as at HN10/372/Woodward1 'cottage and piece of land situate at Maulden being part of a farm formerly known as Maulden Great Farm'. Together with newly erected buildings and the right to pasture land with not more than one horse and one cow for terms prescribed under an indenture dated the 28th Sep 1910 and made between (ii) and Charles Pell Hall, Walter Frederick Cole, Charles Kilby, Roland Percy Burton and Frank Woodward. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption as outlined first in mortgage agreement at HN10/372/Woodward1.
