Declaration by Edward George Woodward of Upper Caldecote, Beds, market gardener assigning unto Sidney Woodward of Caldecote Green, Biggleswade, Beds 'all interest under a contract I entered into with the official receiver in bankruptcy and trustee of the estate of William Woodward for the purchase of the small holding subject to SW repaying to me 52 the amount I have already paid to the official receiver on the completion of the purchase and subject also to the said SW paying to the Duke of Bedford (mortgagee of the small holding) the sum of 44/10/2 the amount of arrears due on the mortgage I the said Sidney Woodward hereby agree to complete the purchase in accordance with the said agreement hereby made'.
