Reciting: - Supplemental to indentures of mortgage and further charge dated respectively the 29th Sep 1910 and 29th Apr 1911 and made between (i) and (ii). - Indenture of conveyance dated 1st Oct 1912 at HN10/372/Ball1 - Principal sum of 1234/1/11 still owing to (ii) - (i) agrees to sell (a) to (iii) for 217/8/4 subject still to the principal sum and interest owed to (ii) as outlined in the three indentures recited. Operative: In consideration of 217/8/4 (i) as beneficial owner conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (a) as at HN10/372/1 Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to usual mortgage provisos for redemption as outlined in the three recited indentures. Witnessed by H.J.
