Reciting: - By his will John Thomas Green late of Ampthill, Beds, esquire appointed (i) and William Samuel Smith as executors. - J.T. Green deceased died on the 28th Dec 1904 and his will was proved on the 8th Mar 1905. Operative: (i) in exercise of his power as personal representative of J.T. Green deceased conveys (a) to (ii) for 70. Property: (a) Pieces of land in Flitwick containing 3r 12 and a half p and having a frontage to the main road leading from Ampthill to Flitwick.
