Reciting: - Francis 7th Duke of Bedford deceased 14th May 1861 and left will dated 7th May 1861 whereby (iii) as trustees have power to sell and buy freehold and copyhold hereditaments subject to consent of (ii) as tenant in tail when he comes of age. Operative: In consideration of 32/16/3 (i) conveys (a) to (iii) Property: (See attached plan) (a) Piece or parcel of land containing 2r 25p situate in Millbrook together with the mines and minerals. Habendum: To the use of (iii) upon and for the trusts under the will of the said Francis 7th Duke of Bedford.
