Tanqueray, solicitor explaining that the mother of the deceased, Mary Holdom has entered into a guarantee with Barclay Company Ltd for the debt of 55/4/- owing and that she herself is owed 295 due to several advances she made to help EMP carry on her business at the Bell Inn. And also includes a list of goods with values presumably once owned by EMP and now being sold to relieve debt.
