Deed of Covenant and Indemnity Parties: (i) Auguste Francois Pouchot of the Bell Hotel, 10 Market Square, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, licensed Victualler. (ii) Emily Marian Pouchot, wife of (i). Reciting: - Mortgage dated 19th Dec 1906 between (1) (i) (2) (ii) and (3) Leonora Jane Stratford whereby 700 was advanced to (i) and (ii) as a security of a mortgage of the one fourth contingent reversionary share and interest in the estate of Thomas Holdom deceased of (ii) under the will of TH. - The sum of 700 was borrowed to (i) and he hereby indemnifies (ii) against all claims and liabilities. Operative: In consideration of 700 (i) covenants to pay to (ii) after a written demand the said sum with interest at 5 per centum per annum.
