Draft will of Valentina Augusta Orlebar, wife of George Ellis Wynter of Buckland Ripers [Dorset], clerk in holy orders, now residing at Crawley House, Husborne Crawley: - John Thomas Green of Ampthill, esquire and Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, gentleman to be executors and trustees; - trustees to hold trust funds created by indenture of 9 Mar 1889 between (1) Valentina Augusta Wynter and (2) John Thomas Green and Frederic Thomas Tanqueray after death of both her and her husband, in trust for her nephew Orlando Robert Aplin Orlebar, remainder to Sir John Molyneux for life, remainder to his sons in tail male with remainder to Howard William Molyneux, brother of Sir John, for life, remainder to sons of Howard William Molyneux in tail male, remainder to Henry Evelyn Orlebar, Captain in Royal Marines; - all pictures, water colours, drawings, paintings, photographs, books, prints and furniture to Henry Evelyn Orlebar; - all clothes to Dr.Barnado's Homes for destitute children; - watch chains, rings, jewels etc. to wife of Edward Charles Molyneux, son of Sir John Molyneux, if he be married; - all plate from her mother marked with Ellis Crest to Francis Michael Jervoise with a request not to allow them out of his family; - 25 to each executor; - all her ready money to her husband; - Crawley House and Estate to which she was entitled under her father's will, in failure of issue of her nephew Orlando Robert Aplin Orlebar, and Walton property she believed her mother intended leaving her in her will to John Thomas Green and Frederic Thomas Tanqueray to use of Henry Evelyn Orlebar for life, remainder to use of Robert Evelyn Orlebar, his son, for life, remainder to use of each of his sons in tail male, remainder to use of sons of her cousin Augustus Scobell Orlebar in tail male, to use of George Crewe Orlebar for life, remainder to his sons in tail male, remainder to use of Edward Yarde Orlebar, remainder to use of his sons in tail male, remainder to use of her heirs for ever; - residue to her cousin Henry Evelyn Orlebar; - witnessed by Robert Hobourn and Charles Herbert, clerks to Frederic Thomas Tanqueray
