Codicil to will of Valentina Augusta Orlebar of Husborne Crawley, spinster: - revoking appointment of Arthur William Bullen as executor and trustee and all bequests and devises to him as well as the 50 legacy; - appointing Alfred Thesiger, son of Frederic Thesiger, 1st Baron Chelmsford of Eaton Square [Middlesex] in place of Arthur William Bullen and bequeathing a legacy of 50 to him; - revoking legacy of 100 to Cuthbert Knightly Orlebar; - giving her friend Bannatyne Macleod a legacy of 100; - revoking bequest to Beauchamp Orlando Orlebar in tail of the trust estate; - trust fund now to be held for and income paid to her mother Charlotte Elizabeth Orlebar for her life "in the first place" [i.e. remainder then to Orlando and his family]; - if Orlando Orlebar had no surviving children the income was then to pass to her cousin Francis Michael Ellis Jervoise of Herriard Park [Hampshire], taking the place in her original will, of Beauchamp Orlando Orlebar; - witnessed by Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor and Charles Herbert, clerk to John Thomas Green
