Summons issued by Warry, Robins, Burges & Company of 9 Lincoln's Inn to parties in Hammond v.Ambrose to appear before Master of the Rolls to hear application "by Ann Hammond of Woburn in the County of Bedford, Spinster that it may be declared that the Requisition and Objection of the said Alfred Ambrose in respect of the Title to the Hereditaments comprised in the above mentioned Contract for Sale have been sufficiently answered by the Applicant that the receipt for ground rent due at Christmas 1880 is a sufficient receipt under the 4th Condition of Sale and that a good title has been shewn in accordance with the particulars & conditions of sale and that the said Alfred Ambrose may be ordered to pay the costs of the Applicant"
