Letter from William Robert Taylor of 5 Albion Grove, Stoke Newington [Middlesex] to John Green of Woburn: - present tenant of 6 Bridges Street is Aaron Pitt at 38 per annum rent, believed to be a dealer in fruit; - 6 Bridges Street had recently had 8/10/- spent on it to repair a stack of chimneys in addition to 12/6 for repairs [see HN10/276/Taylor10]; other expenses included 1/11/6 agency fees for negotiating with former tenant who was paid 3, 1/11/6 for structural survey as house seemed in a dangerous condition, 1/18/- agents commission for letting and 1/8/6 for agreements and stamps
