Letter from R.H.Plater of 41 Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London to Josiah Bosten: - "Mr.Savage of Hornsey has forwarded to me your letter to him of the 5th inst and his answer thereto I beg to say that the Title Deeds of the property in Mtge to Mr.Savage & Mr.Meager are in my possession and will be handed over on payment of the mortgage money and interest due. Will you be good enough to let me know the amount of interest & up to what time it is paid and to whom it was paid. Upon your informing this I shall know what amount you will have to pay and there need be no more delay in the matter"
