Agreement by Ephraim Sycamore at Coleman's George Hotel, Luton: - "I agree to purchase of Mr.Powdrill the 2rd, 4th, 5th & 6th houses of his in Arthur St for the sum of six hundred pounds subject to Ashton Charity Title & to complete on July 16 1886 or to pay 5% int on that balance per annum and I agree to exchange with Mr.Powdrill the receipt I had for 15 on the Tavistock St Houses the Contract for which is hereby cancelled
