Letter from Thomas Lingard Green at Sudbury Rectory [Suffolk] to Frederic Tanqueray: - "Alfred asks me in his last letter to ask you to draw out a "deed of Partnership". He and Basil White have bought 960 acres of land between them & built a joint residence upon one portion I do not know on whose land. They have also erected sheds, stables &c & have bought about 400 worth of agricultural implements. They are now selling milk, poultry, eggs &c at the Fort & will soon be selling their corn. I dare say they wish now to have their rights (respectively) clearly laid down. Will you sketch out something of the kind & I can tell you whether it seems to me to be in consonance with what I know of those parts"
