Amsdon v.Green Copy Counsel's Opinion (H.C.Richards of 2 Mitre Court Buildings, Temple) - Counsel could not decide whether the correspondence disclosed a contract and if so the true measure of Green's liability; - advises the Executors that only a trial would establish the validity of either case and so a settlement out of court would be best, with Fuller possibly asked to arbitrate "if he can be trusted"; - his opinion is that Amsdon was entitled to commission [see HN10/276/Green8]
