I hereby give you notice that Mr.Goodman was at the time of his death Surety on a Guarantee to the Bank for the liabilities of Mr.Frederick Draycott of Lutterworth to the Extent of Four Hundred pounds & that the said Guarantee has not yet been discharged. Your acknowledgement of this notice will oblige"
