(x) Memorandum from T S Heley to Mr Merry offering him a commission of 1% on sales if he advertises his land, 4 June 1898. (xi) Letter: Highton and Rumball to Merry stating that their applicant has yet to make an offer on the Brick Earth and coprolite land, 25 June 1898. (xii) Sale Particulars: of a freehold property consisting of 50 acres of accommodation land. Situated midway between Stanbridge Ford Railway Station and Stanbridge Village. Property of Mr T S Heley. (xv) Letter: from Forder & Son to A W Merry stating he doesn't want the land containing the 'gault' as it is too costly to make bricks with, 29 December 1898.
