- Scope and ContentIn 1939 Brown & Merry inspected and valued the cattle following a diagnoses of poisoning associated with the brick works. Robinson & Hall wrote to ask them to justify the valuation and to re-inspect the cattle. The name of the farm is given variously as Pillinge Farm, Millbrook; Wootton Pillinge Farm, and South Pillinge Farm. The cattle are seen in a yard, shed, covered yard and in the home paddock and adjoining field. By 1941 Mr W Burton appears to be of Speadwell Farm.
