Articles of Agreement Parties: (i) John Edwards of North Crawley [Buckinghamshire], yeoman and Alice, his wife; (ii) Thomas Halsey of St.Ives [Huntingdonshire], grocer Reciting: - agreement of 18 Mar 1721 by Anne Bull, widow of William Bull, late of Cardington, gentleman, deceased to sell all land of William Bull, deceased in Cardington and Bedford to Mary Halsey and Alice Edwards; - subsequent agreement by (i) to sell the former lands of William Bull to (ii) Operative Part: - (ii) paid 10/- to (i) and agreed and covenanted to pay a further 149/10/-; - (ii) agreed to pay all debts of William Bull deceased so long as they did not exceed 1,028; - (i) agreed to convey their half of the lands of William Bull to (ii) before 2 May 1721; - (i) agreed to surrender all personal estate of William Bull, deceased to (ii) before 19 Apr 1721 Witnesses: - Thomas Redman; - Robert Robinson
