  • Title
Letter from Thos Gorham Pierson, Hitchin, to Theed Pearse, Esq., solr, Bedford. His brother has given him no notice that he does not consider him his solicitor. He will not authorise writer to accede or refuse Mr Pearse's request, which writer considers reasonable. Has been moving habitation, but has today resumed work on abstracts. Is having an interview with Mr Mason on the subject of the entail tomorrow. Brother is vexed in consequent of the share writer considers himself entitled to in the Kempston property and so has consulted Mr Mason. Cannot unravel mystery of Commissioners having allotted small piece of land omitted in Abstract of the Church End estate, then belonging to his grandfather. Cannot check supposition that estate is liable to mortgage. An Abstract of land settled on his father's marriage is yet to be made
