reciting also that Thos Symes of St Loyes, Bedford, by deed of 22nd April 1712 assigned to Sar Hills, now wife of sd Sim Sperrey, for her own use, as well as the sd lease and also the sd part of a messuage for remainder of sd term now in consid of 6 pd to i) by ii), i) assigns to ii)
