Recites bond of Jn Page dated 14 March 1638 by which he assigned to sd Edw Hoddey his rights, etc., in above cottage. Now in consid of 9 10s paid by Sam King, Bedford, shoemaker, 4 of which to be pd now and 5 10s on 17 Nov 1652 sd Edw Hoddey grants and enfeoffs to Sam King
