Reciting: - G.H.T.Flitton had lately carried on business of brewer trading as Flitton Brothers and held, in connection with business, properties in schedule; - private limited liability company had been formed to take over business as Flittons Brewery Limited Operative Part: - G.H.T.Flitton declared he held in trust for new Company the premises in schedule and would assign them at request of Company Schedule: - Green Man, Shefford leased from Lucas Feoffees on yearly tenancy at 35 per annum; - Fox & Hounds, Woburn, leased from Duke of Bedford on yearly tenancy for 40 per annum; - Carrington Arms, Moulsoe [Buckinghamshire] leased from Lord Carrington for 21 years from 1932 at 65 per annum; - John O'Gaunt, Sutton, leased from Lady Burgoyne for 21 years from 1931 at 26 per annum
