Mrs Ellis of Station Road is the woman in the centre of the group in the front of the building. On right of picture street lamp and pump near Ward's the butchers, with three boys; the bigger boy looking towards the camera is Ernest Lamb. On righthand of Church Lane good view of Lucy Wykes shop, since demolished to make way for new road and car park.
