    Admission - Manor of Leighton Buzzard alias Grovebury - reciting presentment of death of Edward Candish Millard of Southampton [Hampshire], draper seized of third part of pightle of pasture on which a cottage stood until burnt down, now called Sun Close, Leck End, Leighton Buzzard in occupation of John Lowrie; - will of Edward Candish Millard of 27 Aug 1832 devising Sun Close, amongst other things, to Joseph Scrivener of John Street, Tottenham Court Road, London, commercial traveller and Thomas Creed of Fore Street, Cripplegate, London, silk mercer upon trust to apply interest etc. to his widow Mary for her support and "breeding up" of their children until his son Edward became 21, remainder to pay Edward 2,000, remainder to maintain Mary for term of her widowhood and support of their younger children, remainder to divide the residue amongst the younger children unless his wife remarried in which case she should receive a legacy of 500; his brother Henry Candish Millard to remain in possession of business and stock in High Street, Southampton giving half value to the trustees who should then convey the testator's half of the business to Henry; power of sale for trustees; - admission of Joseph Scrivener and Thomas Creed by Arthur Ashfield, gentleman, their attorney
