    Acknowledgement Reciting: - Percy Procter of Leighton Buzzard, gentleman was entitled to Peacock Inn, Leighton Buzzard as estate of inheritance in fee simple and James Pettit of Leighton Buzzard, wine merchant was entitled to estate of inheritance in fee simple of neighbouring property formerly of William Clare; - William Clare had, unlicensed, opened a doorway in N wall , second doorway on that side from Wesleyan Chapel, known as Ebenezer Chapel, and communicating between his own premises and Peacock Yard and had unlawfully used the yard for access to Jeffs Lane; - memorandum of 7 May 1857 [see 10.13] Operative Part: - James Petit had no right to use yard of Peacock as a right of way but only at will and pleasure of Percy Procter Witness: - Henry Pettit of Leighton Buzzard, solicitor
