- Thomas Wye says that Joseph Rycraft, John Hardwick his servant, John Wright his boy and Thomas Savage, on Monday 26 April at 10 o'clock at night, did assault, wound and beat him;
- Matthew Crawley says that he heard Joseph Rycraft threaten Thomas Wye, and that he saw Joseph Rycraft, John Hardwick, John Wright and Thomas Savage assault Thomas Wye;
- Leonard Matthews says that he saw Joseph Rycraft, John Hardwick, John Wright and Thomas Savage assault Thomas Wye on a dark night;
- Mark Hart says that he saw Joseph Rycraft, John Hardwick, John Wright and Thomas Savage assault Thomas Wye on a dark night.
