- The examination of James Franklin of the parish of Ampthill sworn before Thomas Armstrong, says that Thomas Randall of the same parish did assault and strike at him with a spade in breach of the Kings peace. Signed by Thomas Armstrong, His Majesties Justice of the Peace.
