    Deeds to lead to use of a fine covenanted to be levied in Z532/2/2 Parties: (i) Roger Weedon of Luton, gentleman and Susanna, his wife; (ii) Robert Caine of Luton, bricklayer and Catherine his wife [one of the daughters of Elizabeth Hull, deceased and one of the grandchildren of Catherine Gilbert, late of Luton, widow, deceased]; (iii) John North of Stopsley, yeoman Reciting: - 1 and 2; - lease and release of 18 and 19 Jan 1717 [1718] in which (ii) granted (i) their half share of three pieces of land in Blackwater Field, Luton totalling eight acres being: (a)one piece being one acre abutted by land late of Mr.Williams now of Mr.Silk on one side and land Sarah Sam, widow on the other side, with land late of Sir John Napier E and W; (b) one piece of three acres with land late of Sir John Napier one side and of Mr.Crawley on the other side abutting W on way from Stapleford to Eaton Green; (c) one piece of four acres with land late of Sir John Napier one side and land late of Mr.Williams then Mr.Silk on the other abutting E on land late of Sir John Napier and W partly on land late of Mr.Williams now of Mr.Silk and partly on land formerly of Mathias Neall; all eight acres being in occupation of John Smith - (i) was seized of other half of (a)-(c) Operative Part: - to better convey (a) in 2 above and (a)-(c) above, (i) and (ii) would enter into a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo with (iii) standing seized of all premises for the purposes of the fine Witnesses: - John Trustram; - Richard Thrussell - John Duncomb Susanna Weedon signed by a mark
