Parties:
(i) Joseph Wildes, late of Aspley Guise, then of Husborne Crawley, yeoman;
(ii) Joseph Hutton of Husborne Crawley, yeoman and Catherine his wife (nephew and niece of (i))
Operative Part:
- (i) conveyed (a)-(k) to (ii) for 5/- and as part of marriage settlement between Joseph and Catherine, to augment the latter's portion
Property [inter alia]:
(a) messuage in Husborne Crawley in occupation of Joseph Hutton;
(b) Home Close of pasture of 4 acres;
(c) two closes of pasture belonging to (a) and containing 8 acres;
(d) several parcels of arable, ley, meadow, pasture and sweard in fields of Husborne Crawley containing together 104 acres
(i) having inherited (a) from Simon Wildes, deceased, his late nephew who received them from his father Simon Wildes and brother John Wildes and all of which were late in occupation of John Cook, then of Joseph Hutton
(e) messuage in Aspley Guise in successive occupations of Widow Brockhouse, John Harvey and Francis Monk;
(f) pightle of pasture of 1 acre in Aspley Guise adjoining (e) lately purchased by Joseph Wildes from John Harvey;
(g) Budd's Pasture, Aspley Guise, of 3 acres, divided from other parts of Budd's Pasture and purchased by Joseph Wildes from Richard Pettyfor and Sarah, his wife;
(h) Pigg's Park, Aspley Guise, of 5 acres;
(i) close of pasture of 2 acres in Aspley Guise;
(j) 2 roods of leys in a close in Clay Field, Aspley Guise next to Holcot on Fen Furlong between land of William Tilcock on both sides who sold to Joseph Wildes;
(k) 1 rood of leys in close in Clay Field, Aspley Guise next to Holcot on Fen Furlong between land of William Tilcock on both sides who sold to Joseph Wildes;
(e)-(k) all in occupation of Francis Monk
Habendum:
- to (ii) for their lives; remainder to the survivor; remainder to their children; remainder, (a)-(d) to heirs and assigns of Catherine Hutton, (e)-(k) to heirs and assigns of Joseph Hutton

(b) Home Close of 4 acres of meadow between ground late of Mr.Washborne to NE and late of Mr.Pryor to SW;
(c) close of meadow divided into two closes belonging to (a) and totalling 8 acres in Trowe's End, Husborne Crawley between close late of Mr.Pryor to S and common field to N;
(d) Troe's End Close of 2 acres of pasture in Husborne Crawley;
(e) arable, ley, meadow, pasture, sweard and wood dispersed in fields of Husborne Crawley containing 104 acres
(a) to (e) in successive occupations of Christopher Coates, then Widow Wright alias Berry and John Sinfield, then John Cook, now Joseph Hutton
(f) messuage late in occupation of Widow Brockhouse, then John Harvey, now Francis Monk in Aspley Guise;
(g) pightle of one acre of pasture in Aspley Guise adjoining (f);
(h) Budd's Pasture, Aspley Guise of 3 acres, now divided from rest of Budd's Pasture abutting Cow Pasture to S and Aspley Fen to E; lately pucrhased by Joseph Wildes from Richard Pettifer and Sarah, his wife;
(i) Pigg's Park of 6 acres in Aspley Guise between ground late of Mrs.Pickering to S; town land of Woburn SE; land of Lawrence Crawley to W;
(j) 1 acre of arable in field under Church Hill in Flexpond Furlong, Aspley Guise between land of Mrs.Pickering E and William Russell W abutting on Broadmead;
(k) half an acre of arable partly in Fen Field on Fen Furlong, Aspley Guise between land of Mr.Breedon NE and William Richardson SE abutting on Thornton Highway;
(l) 2 roods of arable in Thornton in Fen Field between land of William Russell NW and William Richardson SE abutting on Thornton Highway;
(m) half an acre of arable in field next to Crawley between land of William Richardson E and land late of Richard Tilcock, deceased W;
(n) half an acre of arable in Moldway Furlong between land of William Tilcock W and Joseph Wildes E abutting on Moldway;
(o) half acre of meadow in Broad Mead on pasture Furlong between meadow late of Mr.Sadler E and of Mr.Breedon W, abutting on Pasture Hedge;
(p) half acre of meadow in Fullwell between meadow of Mr.Northliffe W and Mr.Breedon E;
(q) 1 rood of meadow in Flexpond Furlong between meadow of Mr.Breedon E and Mr.Padley W;
(i)-(q) sold by Mary Tilcock, widow and her son Richard Tilcock to Joseph Wildes
(r) 1 acre of leys called Parsons Leys, Aspley Guise abutting on Moldaway, ground late of of William Russell to E and land late of Francis Coleman to W, partly purchased by Joseph Wildes from Richard Maynard;
(s) close of two acres of pasture in Aspley Guise;
(t) 2 roods of leys in Clay Field, Aspley Guise, next to Holcot upon Fen Furlong between land late of William Tilcock sold to Joseph Wildes on both sides;
