Oct 1747 The like Enquiry should be made as to Sarah Circuit's Will A. Sarah Circuit made a Will bearing date 18 Sep 1747 and made her son Joseph Circuit, Henry Clark and Henry Potts joint executors who proved the same before Owen Gough the 20th of Oct 1748 Q. Oct 1772 It must be shewn that at this time the land purchased was either in occupation of Michael Furrian or John Cook of Wavendon A. Thomas Inns says that he is sure John Cook did not occupy the land but he is almost sure that it was in the occupation of Michael Furrian but Thomas Bateman the elder says he is sure it was in occupation of Michael Furrian Q. Is Joseph Hutton the executor of Henry and was Henry the executor of the widow of Joseph Hutton, what was the widow's Christian name? A. Joseph Hutton made a will and left his wife Catherine executrix. The will was proved at Bedford. Catherine made no will they had no children and the estate came to Henry their nephew. Henry made a will and made his wife Susannah executrix their children all died before their mother who made no will and the estate came to the present Mr.Joseph Hutton their nephew and heir at law
