    Will of William Gramborough of Husborne Crawley, yeoman: - to his grandson William Gramborough (son of his son William Gramborough) all his real estate in Husborne Crawley and Aspley Guise in occupation of Michael Furrian and John Cook of Wavendon [Buckinghamshire], yeoman; - rents and profits of the real estate to be used for education and upbringing of William Gramborough, the grandson, during his minority; - remainder of real estate to William Gramborough the son for life - if William Gramborough the grandson died under age and without issue - with proviso not to cut down any trees except as necessary for repairs; remainder to children of William Gramborough the son as tenants in common; - remainder of real estate, if William Gramborough the son died without any chilldren surviving him, to testator's nephew William Gramborough of Woburn, lace buyer; - to his wife Mary Gramborough and son William Gramborough the residue of his personal estate, they being appointed his executrix and executor; - witnessed by Edward Jones; - proved at Bedford by the executrix and executor 26 Apr 1773 as witnessed by Ambrose Reddall and Robert Denis
