Draft Agreement supplemental to HN2/SPEN/1/7, between Hedley Joseph Clarke of sub-postmaster (i) and Sir Frederick Henry Richmond of 91 Wimpole Street, Cavendish Square, London, baronet, (ii) whereby a conveyance dated 29 Sep 1924 from Mrs Jessie Blyth-King to H.S. of land comprised in the conveyance with other lands should be retained by (ii) with the acknowledgement of the right of (i) to the production and delivery of copies of the document.
