Agreement between Clavert Spensley and Wilfred Arnold Fairchild (as the Personal Representatives of Howard Spensley, deceased) and Hedley Joseph Clarke of Bletchley, for the purchase of all the household furniture, pictures, silver, and chattels and effects in and about Westoning Manor and also all the live and dead farming stock including hay, straw and feeding stuffs for 2000, and also that CS and WAF shall be entitled to purchase from HJC such furniture and household effects as they shall select, excluding the furniture bequeathed to Charlotte Walton and the National Arts Collection Fund.
