Recitals:
- mortgage by demise for 1,000 years of 8 Dec 1709 of (a)-(d) for 60 from John Whisson (father of (ii)) to Thomas Voes, alias Vass, junior, late of Tempsford, son and heir of Thomas Voes alias Vass senior of Tempsford, yeoman, deceased;
- death of Thomas Voes alias Vass and appointment of John Peet as his executor and residuary legatee, (a)-(d) becoming vested in him;
- assignment of mortgage of 25 Apr 1724 from John Peet senior of Southoe [Huntingdonshire], yeoman to (i) and payment of a further advance of 50 from (i) to (ii);
- (iii) had purchased the reversion of (a)-(d) from (ii);
- 118/5/- principle and interest was owing to (i)
