(a) close of pasture of four and a half acres in Sutton called Leybettews Close, late in tenure of Thomas Hodson;
(b) close of pasture of five and a half acres in Potton called Tharkers, late in tenure of Thomas Hodson
(a)-(b) purchased, amongst other things, by (i) from William Clerke of Renhold, gentleman on 23 Jun 1565
Habendum:
- to (ii) to the use of (ii) from the lord of the fee
Clause:
- (i) covenants with (ii) and Peter Chambers to suffer a fine for 40 acres of land and meadow in Potton and Sutton
Witnesses:
