    Recites that Robert Lindsell late of Fairfield died seised of the land (inter alia) subject to a mortgage by demise dated 1 Aug 1842 (CRL (1), Rev. Edward Lindsell (2) and William Lindsell (3)) to secure 8000 and interest and subject also to the 1844 Mortgage as in 13/1; and the several Transfers etc. abstracted in 13/1-2; and that the 1842 mortgage was ultimately transferred to and became vested in Annie Francis Glynn Taddy who by a deed dated 9 Feb 1910 surrendered and released the land from the mortgage term created in 1842 (the scheduled deeds acknowledged to be produced record Transfers of the 1842 Mortgage from George Warren Lamb and John Lindsell to Harriett Russell on 23 June 1879 and from Henry Lamb (and CSL/HML) to AFGT on 27 Aug 1900).Includes (stapled in) site plan of Holmefield Children's Home on part of the land (at June 1988)
