(per four named partners), brewers, maltsters and spirit merchants, to Wells & Winch Ltd. of The Brewery, Biggleswade, for 129200, of the land (inter alia); subsequent mortgaging of the same (1 June 1899) to trustees to secure debenture stock; conveyance to new trustees (18 July 1899); Further Mortgage (6 Dec 1900) to the Company's trustees, to secure the floating charge created by the above debentures, of specific parts of the same (including the land at Holm).
