Recitals record settlement to uses of the land (inter alia), dated 11-12 June 1834, between the Rt. Hon. George John Earl Spencer, K.G. (1), RL (2) and the Rev. Edward Lindsell (3) as trustee; and /2.Includes covenant by RL to Surrender to the Lord of the Manor of Biggleswade at the next or some subsequent court such parts of the land as are copyhold and not freehold to CB/WH in fee to the intent that they be admitted tenants at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc.; and acknowledgement to produce deeds including the 1834 deeds above and a Deed of Covenant for production of deeds dated 12 June 1834.
