Statutory Declaration by Lawrence Read Colburne Higgins of Bedford, esquire that: - he was 60 years old and had owned the property conveyed by Z 951/7/9 for 21 years, a small portion of which had been sold to Midland Railway Company to widen the line at Sharnbrook and Oakley - the land contracted to be sold at 951/7/15 was the same as that conveyed by Z 951/7/9 etc. - he had been owner of the land to be sold at Z 951/7/15 for 12 years - the rent charge to pay the annuity of Martha Donne and her death as per the attached death certificate [now Z 951/7/14]
