Reciting - death of FJB and proving of his will of 27 Feb 1828 in PCC on 27 Feb 1831 but his death was intestate as to the premises in Milton Ernest, his son John being his heir at law; - Z 951/2/11; - it is believed JB died abroad; - Z 951/2/12; - death of AB; - death of Maria Budd; - death of Ann Turnley, née Budd; - that if JB died before AB by her will FB and TWT are inheritors of the estate, if JB died after AB the estate is inherited solely by FB; - FB desired to forego sole ownership of the estate and agreed to divide it equally with TWT.
