Copy will of Ann Budd appointing her sister Sophia Brightman as her executrix and devising and bequeathing to her all her real and personal estate upon trust for sale of the real estate and equal division of the proceeds among her two daughters and her son Frederic when they each reach the age of 21. She signed with a mark; witnessed by C.Short of Bedford, surgeon, C.W.Wagstaff of Bedford, draper and Francis Thomas Selby clerk to A.Sharman, solicitor of Bedford. Included is a note that AB died on 16 Jul 1836 and the will was proved at Archdeaconry Court of Bedford on 14 Jan 1837.
