Sharnbrook Summit - an area near the main railway line from London to Derby leased to the Trust - is the most inaccessible trust reserve in Bedfordshire - Mr Brian NEWSOM, who runs the Bedfordshire North Venture Scouts is willing to run the reserve. Arlesey working party - six Officer Cadets from Henlow with their Flight Commander worked on preliminary stages of excavation of the south arm of the moat. They were joined by members of the Conservation Corps. Old Warden Tunnel Reserve - Winter Report for 1975/1976 North End Pits, Cople, prior to spring 1975 the site had been used for rubbish. Charles Wells brewery had leased the part of the land to the trust who had cleared rubbish from the ponds. Mr David PRIOR, of Cople and several local people to serve on a management committee including Mr David HILLYARD, the County Council Ranger.
