Preparation for Felmersham Open Day - 6 and 7th July 1974. Warden Tunnel Nature Reserve - management of tunnel and area - Mrs DAWSON visited Cardington WI and gave a talk on the tunnel. Mr Bob BROWN consented to take over as convenor of the reserve. Report on Flitwick Moor open Weekend on 22/23rd July 1974. Sharnbrook Summit nature reserve - Mrs DAWSON asked to survey the summit by the "Ravensden Nature Club". Marston Thrift nature reserve - management of the reserve had not yet started but a start was intended with the help of the Cranfield Venture Scouts. Report on the Bedfordshire Conservation Committee and the Reserves Acquisition sub Committee - Dr Nancy DAWSON to be Committee secretary; departure of Martin CASSONS, Bedfordshire Countryside Officer, his replacement was Christine MARLOW.
