    Indenture of conveyance effecting a reciprocal exchange of land Parties (i) William Farrer of New Ormond St. in the parish of St. Andrew Holborn, London (ii) Henry Hinde, clerk, M.A., Master of the Hospital of St. John the Baptist in Bedford and his co-brethren. Recitals That (i) is seised of the following land lying dispersedly in the open and common fields of the parish of Cold Brayfield containing 2a. 1r. 33p. (see below). That (ii) are seised of land in the same parish likewise dispersed containing 2a. 35p. (see below). Agreement for reciprocal exchange of the above lands, each being 'in value as equal as can be'. Operative part Gift and grant from (i) to (ii) of: (a) In Water Field, three lands lying together in a furlong or place there called 'Olney hole page mill side' containing 2r. 17p., the land of (ii) S. and the land of (i) N. (b) 4 lands in the same furlong containing 1a. 2r. 20p., the watercourse there lying on the E. and the land of (ii) W. (c) parcel of meadow ground in Abington meadow containing 36p., the ground of (ii) on the N. and the ground of (i) on the S. General words specifies ways, paths, passages, trees, hedges, ditches and appurtenances. ...in exchange for.... Gift and grant from (ii) to (i) of: (d) 2 lands in Water Field in a place called 'Round Table' containing 1r. 26p. (e) 4 lands lying together in a place called Claypiece containing 2r. 28p. (f) 4 other lands lying in a certain place called White land and next to the road leading to Lavendon containing 2r. 8p. (g) one land lying in a place called Olney Hole in Cold Brayfield or Lavendon containing 1r. 27p. (h) parcel of meadow ground in Blackwell meadow containing 26p, the land of (i) E., W., and N. and the river S. General words specifies ways, paths, passages, commons and common of pasture, trees, hedges, ditches and appurtenances Includes reciprocal covenants for re-possession of the exchanged land in the event of eviction, ejection, molestation or disturbance of peaceful possession by the other party.
