    Indenture of Conveyance by feoffment from - Thomas Freelove of Kempston, yeoman, to John Yarrow of Pixhill in the parish of Stevington, yeoman, for £80 2s. 6d., of a cottage and close of pasture adjoining, containing three and a half acres, a close of [ ] Ivery, widow, lying on the west, a close of Henry Hill lying on the east, and a common lane on the south; all which premises are in Keley end in Wootton, the cottage being late in the occupation of Francis Meridale and the close of pasture now or late in the tenure of Edward Litchfield Habendum: to JY in fee General words clause specifies hedges, ditches, woods, trees, ways, waters, easements, commons, profits, commodities, emoluments, hereditaments and appurtenances. Covenants, fairly standard in nature, include one for further assurance within a period of seven years. Dorse: sealing and delivery in the presence of Thomas Christie, John Hillersdon and John Crocker; and memorandum of taking of seisin in the presence of Nicholas Cooke and JC.
