Wm.; if he dies without issue, before he is 21 to dau. Mary; if she dies, house in Wilstead to trustees for maintenance of school, other lands to w. to pay legacies to Eliz. Wilkes and Jud. Wilkes daus. to Tho. W., gods Wm. Maxey, goddau. Sir. Courtman, Mary d. of Tho. Maxey, Ambr. Whitebread of Wootton, Eliz. d. of Ric. Clarke of Bedford. Also to s. Wm., £400, he paying w. (in pursuance of marr. sett.) £40 p.a., testator having received 400 of Jasper Wagstaffe decd exor. of father in law, John Wagstaffe, above marr. port on of w. £40 is charged on farm in Wilstead occ.
