Also reserved to i) a right of way from public road to his property to be held on trusts - trustees to permit a Meeting House, Vestry Room and other offices to be built at expense of members of Society of Protestant Dissenters and any other subscribers. - Meeting House etc to be used as a place of public religious worship by paedo Baptists and other such persons who attend the Meeting House - to allow ground to be used as a burial ground according to regulations to be prescribed by majority of men members attending said Meeting House and communicating therein and subscribers who may be present at a meeting called for the purpose and to permit such persons to officiate in the Meeting House as trustees, men members and men subscribers shall elect - trustees have power to convey or mortgage property of requested by major part of men members and men subscribers at a meeting held for the purpose - property to be held for same trusts as property conveyed - money raised by sale of trust property to held for such purposes as men members and men subscribers shall decide at a meeting - if Society totally dissolved and public worship of God discontinued for 14 years then trustees to convey trust estates for such religious or charitable purposes as 2/3rds of the trustees and men subscribers of one year's standing shall appoint by writing Provision for the appointment of new trustees (ip to the number of 18).
