Operative Part (ii) has sunk a well on the Black Tom Estate, Bedford, in order to obtain a water supply for his Brewery in Commercial Road, and wants to lay a water main from this well to his Brewery, along Gladstone Street, Canning Street, The Crescent, Bromham Road, Hassett Street, River Street and Commercial Street.
