Continuation of Abstract of Title of Messrs Brown to a moiety of freehold and copyhold land at Dunton Abstracting - X 870/4/3 - surrender of copyhold premises by WB on 3 Feb 1865 - Will of Elisha Brown of 10 Feb 1870 in which, after devising 6 cottages near the chapel in occupation of Joshua Waldock etc. to his sister Sarah Brown and devising 4 cottages in Boot Lane, Dunton, to his sister Amelia Brown he devised and bequeathed the rest of his real and personal estate equally between his brothers and sisters - James, Thomas, Obadiah, William and Simeon and Sarah and Amelia. James Brown and Obadiah Brown were appointed executors - death of EB on 11 Feb 1870 - proof of will of EB in PPR on 14 Mar 1870
